Was invited by my partner who is a member of the health club to try the swimming pool as one guest can attend free on a Friday. Like many older drivers I was looking carefully for a suitable space to park which was virtually straight ahead. I parked but did not see any sign saying that I had to register the car. Went into the reception desk and signed in. At no time did any of your spa reception staff ask whether I had registered my car neither was there a clear notice on the reception desk. As guests are allowed on Friday’s I would have thought your staff would be trained to ask all Friday guests if they had registered their motor vehicle. If they have been so instructed then, on this occasion, failed in their responsibilities. Obviously I have received a fine from the company that manage the car park and for which I am unhappy. I will be looking to join a different health club and be avoiding Holiday Inns wherever they are.

Clean quiet room. Great facilities like pool and gym. Complimentary towels and locker padlock. Great staff, very friendly. EV charger!! Great food and amazing all you can eat buffet breakfast and they let us take away fruit we couldn't eat.nWould stay again!!

A truly lovely stay! The facility itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the food was absolutely delicious. But what really made our visit special was the outstanding staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive—always checking in to see how we were doing and striking up friendly, thoughtful conversation. Such a lovely atmosphere throughout. Highly recommend—10/10!

Not great. Charge 5 pounds a night extra to park in their own car park. I describe this place as a gym and swimming pool with rooms. Clearly set up fir outside gym members no interest in the people staying in hotel. Room needs some maintenance and was cold through the whole visit and lacked basic items such as a fridge! Would not stay again much better cheaper hotels in Gloucester like premier inn.

I stay here quite a lot due to work. The staff are really friendly, especially at breakfast; one gentleman staff member knows my name and is always so polite; it makes my day! The choice of food is great, I tried most dishes. There is a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym which is lovely for relaxation. I would highly recommend staying here.
