WV Active Bilston - Bert Williams

Been a member here for a few years now. Place isnt bad, not enough parking though for the size of the place, and the main pool is extremely cold! Which is a shame because i love swimming. Also some of the lifeguards (not all) are rude especially the oldish guy with the bald head. There is a way of speaking to people especially children without being rude

Good value, however you can see the result of the cutbacks at Wolverhampton Council. Machines tend to be out of action for weeks at a time and there are quite a few minor repairs that could do with being done, but they clearly have no money. Also customer service is pathetic, but its a public service, they don't have to care about what their customers think, do they? (Me being cynical there)

Swimming facilities are clean. Fitness equipment is high spec and the gym is plenty large enough. The changing facilities are good enough. The Cafe is comfortable and serves good food at reasonable prices but the WiFi is awful. Parking can be very limited.

Nice gym and swimming pool is great, I regularly use it weekly. Staff are friendly and there's a great mix of classes

A great place for exercise. The instructors for swimming are very helpful and friendly and the studio pool is available to rent for parties.
