Been going atlas for a very long time, if you want a gym that a variety of different types of weights then atlas does the job. The only place I can focus and train properly.

It's a no frills, old school gym.  Plenty of friendly people and a relaxing if there is such a thing in a gym atmosphere with plenty of advice available for beginners.

Great boxing club located just under gym. Very well equipt and the trainer has classes for kids.
