I have been working with Peter for over a year now and it has been a transformative experience. As you would expect he puts you at the centre of all the action, precisely tailoring your diet and exercise regime - something that is very often glossed over by using 'templates'. Peter's knowledge of nutrition and training is unmatched. However all of the above is dwarfed by the most important part of working with Peter - he infects your mind with the passion for health and wellbeing once and for all changing your perspective so that you can think for yourself to make the right choices.
