Started attending Paragon Gym about a month ago, during that time period found all the staff and the owner a great bunch, friendly and helpful with advice. Today joined as a full member. Paragon Gym is a really good place to train for all levels of abilities. Good clean environment and plenty of  good equipment to work on. Well worth a look.

Paragon Gym is an upcoming independent gym for those who are serious about getting fit. With a wide range of clientele, every one is welcome and help is never far. Doesn't matter if you're a twice a dayer or first time tryer, you'll never feel out of place or unwelcome.

Been going to Paragon for 2 months. I hate the thought of walking into a new gym, not knowing where anything is & even more so when it's not one of the 'chain' gyms. From the point I signed up I knew this was my place. Staff & customers are really friendly & helpful. Loads of equipment for all ages, sizes & fitness levels. The gym floor is tidy - love how people put everything back!!!  Definitely worth a look if you want to get the best out of your training in a welcoming environment

Been going to this gym for about a month now and I can safely say If I was to recommend one to a friend/family I’d definitely recommend this one. As a total beginner I’ve tried a few gyms but would always give up after a few days, I would never feel at ease. Switching to Paragon gym made all the difference: the equipment is badass, staff are lovely and always happy to help, owners take feedback on board and the overall atmosphere at the gym is just so welcoming. If you’ve been struggling with gyms, this is the one that may be for you!

I have just started tia gym this week 1st day there the guy on the counter to so friendly singed me great customer service,trained that day as well amazing gym with great people that train there definitely would recommend this gym to all my friends and family
