great gym, amazing machines and great staff , react accordingly in situations such as grown men starting on work experience kids and all in all a happy place.
Went to try the gym out for the first time and i was made to feel very welcome by a charming member called Sandy. What a lovely , friendly atmosphere.
Few machines need fixing but overall good gym. They have all machines you need including boxing area. 24/7 open it's a bonus. I would come back if there was a hamstring machine.
Never going back, equipment is old and in need of some major tlc, the staff that there was answered no questions, definitely not a positive experience

Staff is extremely helpful and considerate. I cut myself not sure how and went to the counter where staff helped straight away, don’t listen to the negative reviews .
Carly is a very rude and terrible manager uses disgusting foul language around young kids and members, overall the gym is disgusting toilets are absolutely filthy they are never cleaned and the kids behind the desk are useless and don't have a clue what they are doing.
Jam packed full of equipment, good spit and sawdust gym. In fact the best gym I've ever used. Staff are very friendly, which is good as they make you feel very welcome
The owner is a very rude and foul mouth women CARLY. Gym is very unhygienic weights scattered everywhere just a mess to be honest toilet and showers are disgusting. No good
