Went in yesterday for a small procedure on my knee and have got to say the treatment I received in the Orthopaedics operations department was top class. All the nurses from Bev, Nicki and the Asian guy post op were brilliantnnThe anaesthetist was nice and the Mr Gilbert’s team of surgeons also. I couldn’t have been treated any better. These are the real NHS hero’s in this department well done to you all

I am not too sure whether the staff or service at this hospital is good or not. This is because I rang them many times and none picks up at all. There’s no way for me to follow up my appointment, which I have already made the request online 2 months ago…anyone can help?! Thank you
Full knee replacement by Mr Oakley and his team. Thank you doesn’t seem to be enough, from the minute I walked into ward D and walking out of Ward B exactly 24 hours later I couldn’t have been treated and looked any better if I was royalty. Everyone was so considerate, kind and respectful. The nursing team in particular on Ward B led by Sister Tracey were amazing, nothing was too much trouble, I had a much better experience this time as an NHS patient than I did as a private patient at another hospital this year. Thank you all again and continue to do the amazing and life changing you all do
What can I say absolutely outstanding admin ,nurses,theatre and aneithist to recovery am so proud of you all on ward one many many thanks for looking after me after shoulder op and dr swamy you my man is outstanding xx
