AVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID *** AVOID - Staff huff and puff on the phone - Never contactable when needed - replaced ripped flooring finally after 5 years requests - attended property without notice or approval to complete photographs for land lord to sell property; any apology....don't think so - instruct dodgy 'independent' company to do exit inspections on rented accommodation - want half deposit back when house was left immaculate and had not had any landlord investment during 7 year tenancy - did not reimburse over paid rent - the organised enterprise of attempted deposit thievery is practically criminal Like i say AVOID
