Dealt with Sam on the sales team, looked after my house purchase perfectly. He knew that I worked in the same industry up the road and understood my working hours, and even stayed late on a couple occasions to make sure I knew/understood everything that was going on. 100% happy with the service and 10/10 would use Butters again after my own company of course!

We chose to sell our home so we could move closer to our family, the service we received was brilliant and professional. We were in contact with Fran Wheatcroft was just brilliant to speak to, she dealt with every question and concern with a smile on her face and we had a good giggle the entire time. Would go to butters john bee again if we decided to buy or sell a home! Very happy customer :)

Needing to sell an inherited property we had 4 companies to value and provide details , without doubt the level of service that i received from BjB Crewe was utterly professional from the minute we dealt with the office to completion of the sale and the service provided by all was first rate. We were kept updated constantly to ease any anxieties of selling a property and we feel that it was also very good value for the level of customer service we received. First rate highly competent and would not hesitate to refer friends or family. Many Thanks AJ Lowe.

I cannot thank BJB Crewe enough for helping me sell my property! They were always very friendly & professional from the initial valuation right through to completion. I would highly recommend the team and would definitely use them again to sell our property.
