As private landlords dealing with tenants directly but needing a reliable agent for advertising houses and 'vetting' potential applicants we cannot fault Location Location.
We have dealt with them for a number of years and they have always provided us with leads to first class tenants.

They have a calm, professional, approach and give sensible advice in plain language.

......... If everything about letting property was as easy as working with them  .......!!

As a landlord, I have found Location Location Ltd to be of a very high standard. I have used this company for over 5 years and even though my property is in St Helens, they have been excellent in finding tenants and managing the property. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating in any way they can. I would recommend this property management company to any landlord whether their property be in the Nantwich area or further afield.
