Wow, what a team! Nick found us a new tenant straight away and kept us well informed of progress. And then Jo Property Manager did an amazing job of getting the property prepared for the new tenant in just a couple of weeks, which included full redecoration, carpet cleaning, electrical/plumbing work, new blinds, new floor coverings, deep clean, gardening and numerous other repairs. How she managed to get all the quotes in and the work done so quickly was amazing. Terrific service all round.

I've had a really great experience renting my first home in the UK with Leaders Nantwich, after 15 years abroad. Nick and Jo have been extremely helpful, proactive, and flexible, answering all my questions and assisting with everything I've needed. The communication has been easy, and I'm very pleased with the property! Thanks for everything!

As a Landlord I have been with Leaders in Nantwich since they took over from Temples a few years ago. Overall I have been pleased with the service received and some individuals have been excellent. I have worked closely with Charlotte Brassington who is the property manager. Nothing has been too much trouble for Charlotte and she always keeps me updated on progress etc and sorts out problems promptly.

I have been working with Leaders for the past 4 years and have been extremely impressed with the level of service that they have delivered.  In particular, their Head of Property Management Kelly Jeffries  is outstanding at dealing with the management of my property in Nantwich. Her attention to detail and persistent follow up to any work that needs doing to make sure the tenants experience is the best it can be is amazing.  As an overseas landlord, it is imperative that my property is in safe, trustworthy hands. And therefore I have no issues in recommending Kelly or Leaders in managing your property!

We have rented a property with Leaders for the past 6 years. Jo Lawrinson has always gone above and beyond to help and assist us with repairs and general management of the property. Now as we finish with the checkout process that has run extremely smoothly and we've been kept informed and updated I cannot fault our experience from start to end. Great experience and the best I've had with a letting agent. Chelsea was especially helpful when responding to any queries regarding the rental and the turnaround was smooth and fast. It really helps when you're worried as properties get snapped up so quickly. Thanks to Nick as he assisted us on our move in day and ensured we had all of the required information to get us started.
