We have recently moved out of a property that we had with bespoke for over 5 years. Throughout our time at the property Bespoke have been absolutely fantastic, incredibly professional and very supportive. No request is too big or small and they are always available to answer any queries. Any repairs have been completed in a timely manner and when we had a pipe burst they went above and beyond to ensure we had urgent repairs. Special thanks to Penny who has been outstanding throughout our tenancy. Thank you Bespoke, we would highly recommend! Roz and Luke.

A great experience so far in my property search with this very professional agents. Marie Is fantastic and really takes time to listen to your requirements and quick to respond to any queries you may have about their properties. Viewing of the properties is a seamless and pleasant experience. I would not hesitate in recommending Bespoke if you are seeking a property in this area.
After viewing and putting in an application for a rental property and hearing nothing back, I chased it up 3 or 4 times over the space of 1 - 2 weeks giving them surely what I thought was enough time to get back in touch Yet I still got along the lines of 'can we call you back' or 'I will check and I will call you right back' only to be still waiting for that call back. Whether it be a quick phone call or an email, it would be very much appreciated to know where we stand, even if it is just to let us know that they have accepted someone else and the property is no longer available. At least then we can go about viewing others and not keep our hopes on the property we have applied for. I don't see it as professional to keep people in the lurch, especially when we have taken time out to view said potential property and filled in application forms. I am sure this agent is usually wondeful to deal with, unfortunately I just found that we were cast aside and left wondering what was going on.
Best Letting Agents in Crewe. Staff and owner are very understanding people always strive to bring you solutions regarding any issues in property. Rent options are very reasonable. I'm glad to be with Bespoke lettings since last four years. Great Service.
Bespoke called me to offer myse lf and family a home as they knew are property was sold.I explained we needed to be out by the end of January they persuaded me to speak to my buyers to extend on the exchange while they did finishish touch on the rented accommodation. They also made us sign our exchange contract on home. They told me this had to be done before renting the property. 2 weeks later they contacted me, after giving them all the proof that they required, until they saw our passports being colour of our skin . They never got back in touch with me I did all the chasing about the home . Anyway we have lost our home also my family of four and two cats had to beg friends and family to put us up . My husband few years ago had a stroke it's a lot of stress for him & us. Bad customer service,promised us a home to move into on 12th February which they no longer are offering us. Lost a lot of money through this financialy They do not know how to run their business very poor customer service. Just warning you out there be very careful of using Bespoke they will make you loose your property like us and made homeless. I would give them.no stars if I could . Unfortunately the system allows you not too. Edell & Wayne Johnson
