No respect for privacy. Have let themselves into the property before now without informing us. Even once when I was inside. Nobody knocked...just let herself in. Constant inspections even though the bare minimum has ever been done to rectify problems with the property (and there were a lot of problems). They leave emails and calls ignored. Overall had a rubbish time with them. Will never be using them again. Ever.

WORST OF ALL!! AVOID!! works well for landlords, but not for tenants.Really messed us up at Xmas time 6 months after moving in we were told to be out.We loving cared for the property but they refused to release our deposit as we had cared for some damp patches on the wall.As I'm a damp specialist I monitored the damp levels which were catastrophic on our departure.By far the worst and incompetent staff I've ever dealt with.

I was looking for a house quite last minute recently and spoke to literally every lettings agent in Crewe. These were hand down the best! Everyone was really kind and professional in the office and when viewing. 10/10 would recommend!

Been renting for 4 months now cannot fault always answer the phone super helpful and really understanding and nice people. hope to have long term rental with them ... THEY HAVE BEEN PEEFECT 6STARS 👍👍👍👍

I have used South & CO's tenant find services for my rental properties for the last few years having been disappointed with the service I had received from other local agents. I have always been extremely impressed with South & Co I find the staff to be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and they have always gone above and beyond that of the other agents I have used. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.
