Purchased some Garden Furniture which was delivered promptly, Customer Service was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again.
Second this latest review! Waited weeks and weeks for order to arrive that I was expecting to arrive in the usual standard delivery timeframe, no updates, no email to say there was such a significant delay I would have cancelled. Trying to sort out a return and no response to emails. Spoke to a helpful lady on the phone and now I have to pay for the courier to collect and return. I would never have purchased if I had known it would be weeks and weeks until I received the order it was a gift and my requests to return have been ignored. Really poor customer service.
Could have been 5 stars . I purchased a parasol and base from here , well priced and delivered the following week as promised by Bonnie who had absolutely brilliant customer service, the only thing that let the side down was Peter who promised to call me back three times and didn’t bother hence only 3 stars
Absolutely terrible DO NOT USE this Company. They will take your money and provide nothing in return and no updates. Very nice lady on the telephone but unable to provide updates on when swing seat would arrive just kept saying orders are behind and despite chasing I am now finally trying to get a refund. who knows if and when this will arrive. This was meant to be a memorial to my Mother who died in lockdown but has turned into just more stress.
Very bad customer service, spend a lot of money on a conservatory sofa and chair. Ordered two cushions in a different material, was fobbed off several times blaming Desser and COVID which I did understand. But after several months never received any update on the cushions. After 6 months I emailed them about how disappointed I was I had no update and as at today not a word from them. Will never recommend them to anyone.
Disgraceful service, ordered a bbq cover that was listed in stock, 2 weeks later no confirmation, sent an email, no response, phoned no answer, left my number no response. Finally got hold of someone today via phone & was told it was Landmann fault that they had cancelled orders & then hung up!! Well maybe you should let your customer's know what's going on.
Fantastic products and fantastic customer service. We are delighted with our Mighty outdoor beanbags - excellent quality and delivered promptly. Wish we were more local to visit the store!
Have just moved into a new house and needing to furnish the whole place I was looking for a shop that could do quick deliveries. Having not used Highgate furniture before I thought I'd start small with a bedroom chair that stated a 1 to 2 week delivery. Unfortunately after nearly two weeks and not hearing anything from the shop about a delivery date I thought I would phone them. After numerous phone calls and promises to call me back and not receiving them I finally got a delivery date for nearly three and a half weeks later. I know it's not much later than stated but I hate dealing with places that you have to constantly chase up and not hear back from them. Also shops shouldn't state delivery time if they can't meet that criteria. Gave it an extra star only because of the low price of the chair. I will also update this review if I don't actually get the chair on the day I'm supposed to.
Ordered a 2 seater swinging wooden seat at the very last minute for my wife’s birthday I was getting confused about buying online because most retailers are saying they have these in stock but when you place your order it’s 14-21 days where as I contacted Highgate furniture in southchurch Southend and they had the product in stock They asked me when I needed it and that was no problem even at the last minute, my delivery turned up on time and the seat is amazing it is far better quality than the others seen online So thank you Highgate my wife is very happy I can not recommend Highgate furniture enough
