Rymans will already be well known anyone who likes attractive home and office stationery and office supplies. The shop has a collection of portfolio cases of various sizes and artists materials in addition and is attended by enthusiastic and friendly staff.
Sent something with DHL. Assistant was very helpful and explained each step. If you need to send by DHL, they're the place to go.
One of Rymans staff called Janet really needs to work on their manners. So I went into Rymans today to obtain a replacement USB drive sometime after 11.00 this morning as my current USB drive had got mislaid. Asked at the counter politely if they had any USB drives in stock. A member of staff showed me where they were and I left my folder on the counter for a few seconds while I selected three USB drives for £7.99 I took the USB's to the counter in order to pay for them just so the person in question now behind said counter ie Janet waits until I've paid good money for these things via a £10.00 note then just becuase I left my folder on the counter for less then a nano second and was litterly going to pick my folder up after paying for my items Janet had the adacity to say to me right infront of a another customer: No wonder you lose everything. I hadn't even forgotton the folder and knew quite well where it was. Seriously what made her think that she had to speak to me in such a disrespectful manner?? When one I'm a paying customer. And two when she was talking well and truly out of the back of her head?? Plus lets get this straight here and now.... There's nothing wrong with my brilliant memory.... So do try to get that through your head Janet.... Blimy I don't know about your five star nonsense but about me losing everything stroll on no wonder there's hardly any customers in Rymans at all when Janet thinks it is clever to make uncalled for insensitive remarks to paying customers like me. Who keep their blighted excuse for an exsistance and bussness going not the other way around.... Each to his hers its and their own but honestly if Janet has any sense at all I advice that in future she has her mind vetted for insenitivity....
I had ordered online so I could just go in and collect, however the shop is small and cramped it very difficult to keep socially distanced as people are trying to look and get by. A good selection of stationary to choose from.
Doing a DHL parcel great assistance from the staff, cool and fresh in store. Nothing is too much trouble!
I saw Theo Paphitis in here whilst buying a small packet of staples. I told him i read his book and am a big fan and he took me for Costa, we drank Lattes, his had soy milk, i thought that was disgusting but didn't say anything.
Alot of the stationary can be expensive, though they do have some things on offer /on sale
Have been in a few times. Normaly have what we need. But not lately though. Last 5 weeks. LoL
Small well stocked though. Helpfull staff.
