Walking through mini jungle this morning 19 june 2024 7:10am was beautiful morning quite fresh breeze and small nature creatures make this incredible beautiful place. Taken over a large part by Hs2 with high court injunctions. Hope they will not damage the environment.
It's a beautiful park, huge!!!nPerfect for exercising or taking the dogs.nI usually go for walks with my daughter.nIt has several soccer fields, an area for exercising with equipment, a small park for children that is close to a stable where you can see the horses, it has part of a reserve for birds.nGreat and beautiful park.
The park has a reputation but after being there myself I discovered it was actually a lovely mediel size London park. I liked the snake of forest that goes along the edge and makes you feel out of london evern though it's only tens of meters wide. The park has a large central grass area good for picnics or basking in the summer .
Beautiful park. Lots of greenery. There’s plenty of space of fun activities. Often find people chilling or walking dogs. There’s a kids park, fitness area, sports stadium and car parking available. Lucky to live local as on a sunny day everyone flocks to Hyde Park which is packed with people, this park is much quieter and peaceful.
Interestingly the prison was named after the park. The park gets its name from a plant that would treat worm infections. Very large for being so close to London. Nice fields. Something missing though
