Open Again After a Major Refit Due To Fire
World of Water Bicester is situated within a purpose built 26 acre landscaped retail mall. The centre has been a massive success since the re-development in 2007 with over 1 million customers visiting the site in the first 6 months.

So not only will you be able to visit one of the largest World of Water centres for all your aquatic needs. You may want to visit some of the other retailers at the same time With big names such as Laura Ashley, Wyevale Garden Centre, Lakeland, Hobbycraft and Cotswold Clothing (to name a few). Store staff really friendly and acknowledge you when passing by. Bright and well laid out store and has downsized but you wouldn't know it for the range of fish they have here. Store staff Carl was really helpful and knowledgeable. We will be using their services here going forward.

I Bought Two air stones from world of water. After ten days use, during aquarium cleaning, when ornaments and stones removed from aquarium both stones were very soft and broken. when contacted the store about damaged items, Refund was justified, but I got no refund.

Very informative staff, helpful and friendly! Shop is always very well stocked, great variety of freshwater, salt water and pond fish/plants. I go out of my way to attend this shop rather than go to a more local store. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed. 5* A+

Bicester world of water is by far the best store in this occupation. I found both Carl and Cal particularly hold exceptional standards here, they are genuine, polite and honest. If you are looking for advice, whether your new to the hobby or have experience. These guys will certainly be able to help.  Thank you for the outstanding customer service from all the staff. Looking forwards to my next visit.

Its a great clean store with friendly knowledgeable staff.  Like to thank Carl for all the help and advice given to me when setting up a Biorb.  He wouldn’t let me purchase fish until the tank was established and the water tested to a safe level to gradually introduce fish.  Good to see that staff are concerned about the fish welfare. Seems to have got a lot smaller since the last time I went with not as much on display.  The tropical fish all seemed well looked after though and in good condition, as well as stocking some species I've not seen in other well known aquatics centres in the local area.  The only other negative about the store was the professionalism of the staff; everyone has their giggly moments at work and I'm not saying they shouldn't have fun at work, but when serving a customer, it's not very professional and not ideal when you can't answer a question because you're distracted and holding back the laughs from whatever you were talking about before you were approached with a sale.

Outstanding customer service! We bought a 252 litre tank with stand and couldn't get in all in our car, so one of the members of staff brought the tank in his car. Wouldn't get that many other places.  Everyone in store was so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the place in Oxfordshire for aquarium and fish supplies.

Female sales assistant was kind and very helpful with my daughter giving good advice.

We spent almost an hour with Carl on Saturday looking through plans for a fishpond. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and helpful and answered many questions. He also helped with the pump and filtration design and layout. We can't thank him enough!

Newly found and think it’s great. Really friendly and gave me great advice!
