Helpful staff and an epic selection of fish. Tanks always clean and the shop is neat and tidy. One of my go to shops for nano fish. Some interesting cold water fish that you don't often see as well.

Absolutely love it here. The staff are so friendly and helpful that I feel like I'm talking to friends. More than happy to help you learn and guide you in the right direction without being judgemental at all. Staff deserve more than praise for how great they are! Stock and fish all excellent, some rare beauties as well as your usual pet shop fish, not once seen any ill fish there which is common in other certain chain suppliers. I never go anywhere else for aquarium equipment now. Thanks guys!
Great friendly staff and a good selection of fish, if you like some more difficult to find varieties this is a good place to check out, though stock varies over time so worth a few visits to see what they have.

Good range of fish and kit. Some dead animals in some of the tanks, always seems to be some dead specimines. Reasonable prices.
I frequently visit maidenheads near London and Oxford. The staff were friendly but so many of the fish had ich and quite a few dead fish. Then they dip their hand from one tank to another. No wonder it spreads to most of the tanks! Poor fish.
