Definitely a 5 star rating from me only coz i cant go any higher. Been using Real Aquatics for about a year and i will not go anywhere else as i find them helpful and always friendly, I like the fact that it is a very relaxed family run business and always leave with a smile. They have great deals and good prices on their products and i find it very hard to believe what a few people have said about Mark and the other staff because it seems so very far from the truth! Thank you Mark, Christine and all the other staff for the chats, laughs and all the invaluable advice.

I'm a complete novice and was delighted by the helpful, knowledgeable advice I was given when buying my first fish tank in the Real Aquatics shop. I was given lots of choice but didn't feel under pressure to purchase on the day, although I did and am really pleased with my new aquarium and my little fishes. Thank you to the lovely lady who served me. I'll be back soon.

A good selection of fish some rare ones to .Good quality products. And the staff will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and not just after your money. This is what I call a true fish shop That cares about the fish. Need any advice these are the people to go to

Amazing and friendly customer service and brilliant products on offer. My fish tank is now looking fantastic for such a cheap price! Would highly recommend Real Aquatics and will 100% be returning to their shop!

Bought two sachets of Splosht and one was wrong size when delivered. Contacted RA and spoke to Scarlett who was amazing. Sent me two of the correct size free of charge. Brilliant service.
