A good selection of products and live animals. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's just a shame they don't do any marine aquatics. I am a regular customer and find it sufficient for my fish, cat and bearded dragon. They do a good selection of mice, rabbits etc too. Dog grooming studio on site too...I don't have a dog so can't rate that. Always plenty of free parking too.

I went there today and both the members of staff were really helpful. My daughter is away and I am in charge of looking after her bearded dragons. The staff there gave me helpful advice about their heatlamps.

Got two Guinea Pigs from here, both suddenly became ill whilst very young and died in quick succession (3 weeks apart). We have had Guinea Pigs all of our life and this was the first time we have bought them from Pets at Home. When asked about where the animals came from the staff were very unwilling to give us any information on the suppliers and where the animals came from. One died in my arms, the other was taken to the vets to be put to sleep. Not even a year old. We have never had problems like this before. I would not buy animals from here again.
