Barry and the team have been a invaluable help in the setup process of my second tank and could not ask for better or friendly service with regular water tests and expert advice would recommend to anyone. Some have complained about the prices but I believe you get what you pay for as it's not all about the products but the advice that comes with it for example I have actually been talked out of sales that they could easily have got due to not needed or not suitable. I can't praise these guys enough and if you are a beginner or experienced tank keeper the knowledge and help of these guys will make your fish keeping experience easier and more enjoyable. a special mention has to be for Barry and James thank you for all your help

This is the best shop in Oxfordshire for all you fish tank needs and fish staff are amazing and bend over backwards to help with all you needs

I'm a local guid and i can say these are poor, the fish they sold me all died and sold me RO water that had traces of ammonia in it!! Wont be goong here again!! They push you to buy things more like con men
