Visited for a kids party. Despite telling assistant on till that I was with party. She charged me £11 On asking another adult who also joined in the party she was charged £6 At the end I went back to ask for a refund. But was told prices change throughout the day and could not have a refund? So basically they have different prices depending on how they feel Professional business I think not and we will never be returning

Booked online during the Easter Holidays. Unfortunately there was absolutely no parking and waited with multiple others in the same situation for more than 45 minutes without success before giving up and going back home. Very poor. I have contacted them for a refund but so far no response. Called the office while waiting outside and was told to drive to the park and ride which is not nearby and wait in the rain for an infrequent bus service back to the site. They really shouldn't take payment without being able to accommodate customers arriving by car! Avoid.

Visited with friends and 4 kids aged 4-7 years. Under 5s need an accompanying adult, which is chargeable but combined price for adult and child is £6.50, which is not bad for an hour of exercise and entertainment. Special socks need to be worn but these are available to buy and can be kept and reused at another time. Plenty of different apparatus to try, not all suitable for younger children. Sessions are timed to segregate older and younger kids. Lockers available for £2 deposit. There is a small café area with a viewing platform for those not bouncing that serves coffee and light snacks etc but I wouldn't want to have lunch here with children as the choice is quite limited. They don't allow outside food. Overall, a good place to go especially if it's raining!

Excellent choice of activities and very helpful staff at each point. Good coffee shop, and delicious food. Very sensible parking , we had a great time !

New place, been open about 6 months I think. Nice clean facilities and lots of staff. A bit crowded when ful at capacity, but good equipment and selection of trampoline types. The only issue was that they were quite expensive per hour and they don't do family or membership type discounts yet, making the whole trip even more expensive when going in a group compared to other places. They did mention it's coming though, so hopefully they'll launch something soon.
