the post office is poorly stocked. One very unpleasant woman works there. He treats customers badly. If you want to be nice served then go for it. A very nice man is for him these 2 stars. Otherwise it would be zero

A local post office branch which gets very busy in the mornings. There is regularly a queue of people waiting outside for it to open and they don't always open at the correct time, sometimes up to ten minutes later than the advertised opening hour. The counter service for mail and money transactions can be slow at times but the staff do their best with the limited personnel options they appear to have. There is a small selection of stationery items for sale and a few 'knick-knacks' like cheap plastic children's toys. It's OK but certainly not the best local post office branch I've used.

(No option for 0 stars) Wow the female staff in this place never fail to amaze me. Rude, unhelpful and generally awkward to deal with. Today I asked "How do I fill out this form?" helpful response was "Just fill it out"! I will now go out of my way and use the Bitterne Post Office...(maybe even Shirley) to avoid dealing with these awful cretins again. A staff Christmas tip box!!!! Here's a tip ladies - manners don't cost a thing 🎄

I agree with other peoples comments. The woman (if you can call her that) is the rudest thing alive. I complained to the post master and she verbally attacked me screaming across the shop. She should be sacked or at least sent on some sort of course where shes taught how to behave . VILE THING .

The ladies in the shop are fantastic. They make me happy when skies are grey. Always helpful to me, maybe it’s the grumpy people of Woolston annoying them by asking for stamps or pens. I love them
