why dont u show opening times in google and/or on the council website where u suggest to go to get covid test kits .... that might be useful for people wants testing kits!!
Website says open from 9.30 until 4.30pm! NOT THE CASE! I went here on friday last week arrived at 3 05pm to find it shut and a notice on the door saying that it was open from 10 until 3pm!! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AS I WASTED A LOT OF TIME!!!
A fast paced, mostly efficient process. I highly recommend booking your appointment in advance - it gives you priority in the queues.
Always helpful and very professional. Can't fault them throughout these difficult times.
Went to get a permit and I was out with my permit on my hand in 10 minutes. Very efficient and friendly staff
A terribly broken system. Give an extra 30 minutes for whatever your visit ensues. The appointments don't really count as appointment as you'll be made to wait either way. The staff seem over it and unenthusiastic to help - this is despite the walls suggesting otherwise.
Shocking treatment by multiple staff. - threaten bailiffs instantly. - very rude counter staff - very defensive, and reflective when questioned. - they once just up and closed the cash counter, rolled down the blinds....with a large queue and no explanation. When I asked I wasn't told th computers were down? Ridiculous customer service.
Safety measures are good. Staff very helpful under difficult situation
Poor customer service, they don't like to be questioning, rude staff. Useless and annoying institution.
Worse theme park I've been to recently. Cost me a fortune for entry and the rides were poor. The staff were all miserable and the other customers smelled of urine. The 'cash desk' had a long queue so I presumed the ride must be the main attraction, but what a disappointment. The log flume was ok.
