Signing up is simple getting in contact with them is a not so simple, once your past the automated phone system and the call is picked up they're pretty helpful and quick to sort out issues.
I want to speak to someone because i can't do it online but no one answers the phone and the automatic system disconnects my call. I want to on hold and speak to someone, it shouldn't be this impossible!!
Four calls. Noone answers even after 5 minutes. Automated voice recognition cannot follow instructions. Impossible to deal with.
so i have tried calling all morning and they have cleared the line on me over 5 times. nice work government collegues
No one picked up the phone, it cuts you off after 1-2 min waiting
There is no one answering the phones have tried ever several days nothing. Only need some help. Rubbish service In fact no service.
Says thank you for holding over and over then phone cuts off at 1min 3 seconds so you have to keep calling back!!!
No one answers the phone, just keep cutting you off.
To many questions....then cut off by a machine.
