I was extremely disappointed by the staff’s behaviour. They were very unprofessional and disrespectful. When we entered, they kept staring, smiling inappropriately, and even pointing at people. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.nnThey made fun of visitors, including people who seemed vulnerable or struggling, and even the security guard joined in. At one point, the security staff joked about someone standing near a person they referred to as a “druggy,” saying, “Don’t catch that,” and everyone laughed.nnThe whole experience was upsetting and disrespectful, especially for a place that should be providing help and support. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disappointed.ni have the video of the staff as well
Unable zero stars. I guess the employees there are working the same way as being paid. Lying to your face to get rid of you. Sending to call some numbers that noone picks up. Claiming managers position with no even a name tag. Southampton is pretty sad city with representation in Job centre and overall businesses.nSad....
Been waiting for well over an hour just to get through to someone and still no response they close in a hour and I doubt I will even get a response before they close it’s an absolute jokennEdit I have now been on hold for 2 hours and only half an hour away from their closing time this is actually pathetic
I used to go there and went I had to go on a program I to go top floor of the building, then they open the room outside then after a month they close that down so you have to go to the top floor again.nnAlso ones I got there right on time for a meeting and I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen and the lady ask why I was late when wasn't.nnAnd the last time there I was told to go there to sign off with them but ones I was there I had to wait 30 minutes, then they told me that I had been sign off the day before. So I wend there and there was no need.
