Very horrible and disgusting behaviour by staff and security. On the 25th August 2015 a member of DWP staff strangled me shouting "I'm going to f**king kill you". It's now 2018 and been working for over a year now yet still suffering from depression due to this incident which the DWP failed to log

I used to go there and went I had to go on a program I to go top floor of the building, then they open the room outside then after a month they close that down so you have to go to the top floor again. Also ones I got there right on time for a meeting and I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen and the lady ask why I was late when wasn't. And the last time there I was told to go there to sign off with them but ones I was there I had to wait 30 minutes, then they told me that I had been sign off the day before. So I wend there and there was no need.

Never see my work coach as he is never there and the rest of the staff make out it is my fault.And it stinks sometime. I have just noticed a homeless person out side.

This job centre is one of the worst I've ever seen. The security I have seen numerous times a person going to ask a legit question to be met me sarcasm and aggressive rude attitudes. I have experienced it many times myself and I am nothing but friendly to these people. The greeting staff are horrible on the first floor also. I found that this place actually sends me into a state of depression and I lose my will to want to look. just keep strong people try and find a job even just 8 hours youd have the same amount of money and you don't have to deal with these disgusting people. Train your staff better or your going to get a lot of in house problems. Train your staff in customer service at least. You can't treat people the way you want just because you control there money. We are still customers treat us in that way!

Thank you Jobcentre plus for your staff having absolutely no understanding of how to speak to people with learning difficulties. Today thanks to a member of your staff mucking my daughter around with her appointments she has had a meltdown and is now having to return to the doctors after several panic attacks, tearful outbreaks and depression. Anger is to mild word to describe how I feel at the moment and I whole heartily suggest that your staff receive training for more awareness with speaking to people with learning difficulties.
