Absolutely shocking lack of customer care and service from this Post Office. Royal mail have confirmed that the redelivered parcel was signed for at the PO and should be available for me to collect. Completely disinterested staff just told me it wasn't there or maybe was and probably hadn't been scanned in properly. Why is this now my problem? How many times will I have to leave work early and go back there before I get it? Maybe it's lost never to be seen again. So many questions, and not a single answer. Can I really not give zero stars? OK 1 star it is then

After Queueing 15 min. to send a letter as a foreigner I needed help to check if I had wrote the address correctly so I asked to ANGELA the lady at the post office to check with me the address and in a BADLY AND RUDE WAY SHE JUST SAID "I don't know you should know the address, just wrote it down and that's it".

Trying to get money to travel and the cashier "Kayleigh" ignored me, as I waiting for 5mins as she had a chat with a colleague about their day off. Wasting my time and acting completely unprofessional.

30 minute plus wait on Saturday.One person serving plus a guy asking if anyone needs to use the self service.There were people waiting to get foreign currency.Not a great advert for our city.Sadly the post office don't care if customers walk away.Such a frustrating wait in a needlessly slow queue.I really hope London Road branch have a better service.The lady who served me was polite.Handy hint.Two people serving customers would halve the waiting time.Changing half empty mail bags because no one wants to use the self service doesn't really cut it .I might have to stand corrected.sunday 13.08.17. No queue and two people operating the tills.Be lucky.
