Not being able to pre-book an appointment is ridiculous. Working full time means you can not always get to ring up first thing in the morning or just pop out of work without prior notice. If you don't need to see a Doctor urgently you should be able to pre-book for a suitable day & time.

Does not cater for mental health issues. Very abrupt when faced with the truth. Extremely defensive and protective with their own. 2 out of 3 docs absolutely disgusting. 2 had pleasant attitudes 1 absolutely vile. This is a doctors that persistently asks you what would you like us to do? Like we absolutely know every option presented to us if any. Docs try to cut you down before you’ve even half spoke about stuff with the excuse ‘there last cancer patient only needed 10 mins’ what a sad pathetic excuse that’s just come out of this person mouth. The things we have spoken about today these people contribute to. Maybe the doctors should spend a day in the life of a patient. Really not a proffesional company at all. It’s about time the local and regional MPs caught wife of their appalling actions.Theres guidelines and rules and these people avoid them at any cost.

Terrible. Rude reception, mix up with my prescription and you cannot pre book an appointment. I’ve been trying to get a routine check for ages but there’s never anything available.

Rang at lunch time and got an appointment same day. The doctor was very friendly and made me feel at ease and seem to take a genuine interest in my health.
