Waste of time - it should be shut down. Will not book you an appointment. Every time I call I get told to call back another time. They will not book anything in advance. I have moved from Somerset where I actually received a service. Here, the doctor argued with me about my medical history despite not having read my medical records & he said he would call back after reviewing them & this was a year ago. The service is non-existent. I can't get an inhaler unless I take my passport in to the surgery so I can register to make appointments online. What is the receptionist for? Apparently nothing more than being very rude on the phone and acting like you are asking too much to be given a little information. Third world countries get better service.
This docter surgery gives me anxiety when i have to visit. The receptionist is so rude and lazy she refused my swab sample saying i dont no what to do with this infront of other patient's and asked me keep hold of it as they was under refurbishment not much care for patients here
Have always been seen on the day if necessary. Always been offered a sit and wait in the morning 11.00am. Excellent service being referred to Consultants.
