It taken me as nanny of 5 year granddaughter to get her seen after my. Daughter had taken urine in for testing. And she has a urine infection for over 24 hours and it gone to her kidney .and it taken allday for my ring and .she head them saying she ring again but she telled to so .not happy think off move her a message go now after waiting .and me ring up

This practice used to be a wonderful local surgery. It has now been extended and has lost the staff with compassion. It is impossible to phone up on the day and get an appointment. When you do eventually get an appointment the reception staff are lazy, and would rather chat about how terrible the patients are, than to actually help any patients. Most of the GPs are rude, impatient, don't listen properly and run the risk of misdiagnosis. My 7yo daughter left the surgery in tears as the GP has been so blunt and harsh with her that she was terrified. His bedside manner was disgraceful.

I have been a patient for six years now and have always been happy with both my treatment and the staff generally.

The receptionist is always helpful , the system for appointment​s is very good and they have a large screen TV which shows when you're being called.
