Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, I upgraded my engagement ring and the moment I entered Wongs I felt welcomed. I was helped by Murtuza whom is amazing and helped me pick out my ring from start to finish and was fantastic in all his advice! Murtuza exceeded his customer service and is a credit to Wongs!!!!!!! I would never use another jewellers again! Pictures don’t do this ring justice it’s amazing!

Since visiting in December for a pop in, to coming in to order the ring with you, we could not have chosen a better place to shop for an engagement ring, the staff and service are amazing, all so down to earth, no pressure but equally extremely attentive and supportive every step of the way. Sara is a gem and looked after me from start to finish, my Fiancee is absolutely in love with the ring, will not hesitate to use Wongs in the future for the wedding bands.

Absolutely outstanding experience from Wongs again. Zara was fantastic with helping design my perfect ring. The shop, atmosphere everything about the bridal experience has been phenomenal. I'm still in shock she helped my partner get my dream ring so right! I love the special extra touch of the engraving inside of the band, makes everything so special and so personal. Thank you so much! Can't wait to come back and choose our wedding bands.

My daughter and her friend had their ears pierced at Wongs last week, and we were incredibly impressed with the service. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make them feel special throughout the entire experience. It truly made the day memorable for the girls! I wholeheartedly recommend Wongs for anyone looking to get piercings.

If like me you haven't a clue were to start to buy the love of your life a ring I promise you this look no further than Wongs. Wow!! I had the warmest of welcomes by a beautiful lady called Charlie. She could not do enough for me from the beginning to the end of the process of my partners engagement ring being made from scratch. I am lost for words of how amazing Charlie's customer service skills were and how knowledgeable this lady is about making sure your partner gets the ring that they will cherish for ever.from Charlie also provided a tour of the workshop of where my partners engagement ring was being made which to me was a special touch and to be honest how interesting it was how a ring is made from scratch. I cannot thank Wongs or Charlie enough for how special they have made my lady feel. So much that I will be getting back in touch with Wongs for our wedding bands in the very near future. I’d never been to Wongs jewellers before January this year, and now I’d go nowhere else. The quality of the jewellery is impeccable and the service goes above and beyond in all aspects.  Charlie is an absolutely gorgeous soul who puts her heart into everything she does and puts the customer first. She is knowledgeable and able to offer excellent advice. I’m so glad she’s helped us to get the engagement ring of my dreams!  Also a special mention to Ganesh, showing us different wedding band and taking lots of amazing pictures to celebrate our engagement.  Wings is very lucky to have you both.

I took a tangled, knotted, mixture of old, broken, tarnished jewellery and asked if they could make something for my daughter’s 18th birthday to remember her Nana. Wow! Jenny was fantastic, knowledgeable and a great listener. She designed some beautiful pieces and took me through all of the different options. I cannot describe how pleased we were with the results. It made a beautiful gift that will last a lifetime and is a tangible link to her adored Nana. The skill of the Wongs team is amazing, their workshop is in the store, you can visit and see what they do - proper jewellers. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very welcoming and pleasant experience. It's our first time visiting Wongs in Liverpool and enjoyed it. The young man was very helpful and understanding  of what we wanted and we very extremely surprised to receive the rosary, altered to our request. The craftsmanship is outstanding and delivery service was 4 days early. Overall, it's an excellent service provided. Thank you.

Would like to thank Danielle, Max and Anna for all their help. Brilliant experience right from the minute I walked in to the shop, Danielle was fantastic even showed me the workshop where I met Max who again was brilliant and took the time to explain everything that was to be done, finally when I went to pick up mine and my wife’s wedding ring which I was delighted with the result I was greeted by Anna who again was fantastic, would highly recommend using  Wongs to all my family and friends.
