My watch suffered a fall and the clasp was broken. The polite young man fixed it while I browsed in HMV and even set the correct date because I couldn't figure it out how to do it myself *face palm*. I paid a lot less than what I was expecting. Highly recommended.

Staff very friendly and welcoming
On Sunday, we came to buy a watchband. We asked for a leather one as it was for a good watch. The quality of the one we were given was so poor that once at home we found out that it was already damaged, probably when it was changed, and we will have to bin it.
Excellent service, very helpful, speedy service and cheaper than taking your watch back to the companys.
Replaced the pin on my watch strap for free - what could be better!
Bad customer service guy treated me like an idiot, not helpful at all. Also, the prices are over the top for the services and goods that they offer.
