Good fun. Nice ambience. Decent value but make sure you play frames and not by time to ensure you are able to actually finish your game. We had two groups and neither group finished in alloted time. Issue made worse as some of our time was burnt on a skittle placement malfunction strings tangled between throws. 4* if you book on number of frames and not time.
Plenty of value especially for the weekdays. There are also arcade games to play that the kids can enjoy. As for minus one star, it comes from the food obviously don’t expect amazing food from a bowling alley but still not even average and the staff were not helpful with the tickets from the games. We got three receipts that we tried to place together and she did not do it. We also used one of the tickets to get a prize and there were leftover tickets. She wrote the remainder on a post-it note and handed it to us… honestly it looks illegitimate to me! Anyone could walk in with a post-it note then to try to redeem tickets at that point
The seats need serious refurbishment they did all look awful no covers at places or ripped areas were covered with cellotape the staff was very helpful though and game went without problem.
We recently visited this place for a few games of laser quest] and had a fantastic experience thanks to Scot. He was incredibly helpful and had a clear passion for the game. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. I was impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. In particular, he let us choose the game and gave us valuable tips. He also talked with excitement about the tournaments, I would highly recommend this laser quest location, and I hope more places have staff like Scot. He truly deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication.
It is a good place but the services are less quality as is promoted. The pool tables are not straight and are broken in sides. The bowling place is full and people are coming next to you even they should not be there. The stuff are few and looks they don't want to be at work.
Great fun for family, kids or a get together. Bowling is about 10 lanes so I recommend booking as it's quite small, lots on offer such as drinks,food,arcade and laser quest.
Extremely disappointed on our first visit to the superbowl. Booked 2 lanes for two games to celebrate a 5 year old's birthday. Ordered drinks all round only for the glasses to be cleared while only half empty. Ordered chips for all only for the bowls to be cleared when we hadn't finished eating! We were there playing, all they had to do was ask if we were finished. When we complained to the staff they just shrugged. The final straw was when we were approached after 80 minutes to say we'd used our time slot and the lane was being turned off. We hadn't booked a time slot, the confirmation email and website don't mention time limits. No apology or refund for the unfinished game we paid for but weren't allowed to finish. No mention of the 10 minutes we had to wait after the lane stopped working either. One very, very upset 5 year old, several very, very angry adults. Absolutely furious at them.
It's good but we had a couple of problems with the lane and pressing the assistants button didn't achieve anything. Same with the lane next to us. This ended up meaning I missed two balls but I was with the kids so wasn't fussed. The laser quest was great fun and the arcades are fairly normal for a bowling complex. Will take my son back for laser quest but won't bother with the rest of it again as we have one closer and slightly better in Bracknell.
goat bowling place great for all ages and decent food and an arcade with some cool prizes like this fortnite eraser my little boys won. Great place to have fun
On holiday for the week and wanted a low key day in between more intense sightseeing. We did lazer quest and bowling and pool and the arcade, all good craic. Was very quiet on the day and we got a run of the place. Had a great time - the dude who set us up earlier in the day didn’t catch his name was really nice and helpful, and there was a new guy who was on his first day and joined us for the lazer quest. That was really fun and we had a class time. Overall really chill place with good prices and a lot to do.
