Went there for a party great fun with the team at work , we booked in advance and we had a chance to stay in the VIP area which was nice to be separated . This are can fit around 24 persons ! Staff was helpful and try to make us very comfortable and served us quickly. Loads of other games to play around like pool and arcade games . Definitely we will return as we all had fun.
Visited for a children's birthday party. Had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the lanes to be open. Children had lots of fun bowling. Everyone waiting for 30+ minutes after bowling finishes before children's food was served. Adult food was served moments before the allotted party time ended. Seems to be a lack of staff working.
Absolutely terrible experience with my daughter’s birthday party.nThey only care about making money and not the customers.nThey are overbooking parties and don’t care that they are making you wait for 30 minutes, even though you had booked your party for a set time.nEven if you inform them of your chosen menu a few days before,they still don’t care and will not check if they have stocks in order.I was told on the day that more than 6 of my chosen menus where not available due to other parties before us,bearing in mind that I’ve informed them about my chosen menu a few days before the party.nnAvoid if you don’t want a ruined birthday party!!nWould not recommend to anyone!
I went here yesterday with my family for my birthday, and although half of them were late and we had to be somewhere by 6pm, the staff were very helpful and gave us coupons for a free game in case we didn't have time for the second game, but we found we didn't need it because we managed to get the second game in after all. Still, I'm glad we got the second game for free, showing how nice and helpful the staff are there. And when a ball got stuck in the gutter at one point, the staff got it removed quickly. A great experience, thank you.
Got scammed £2 at the broken hockey table and 40 tickets at the hammer machine. But since the staffs were quickly to fix the ticket vending machine, i'll leave a 3-star review. Hope the machines get fixed soon to enhance customers' satisfaction.
