A round trip of 40 miles to the showroom. On arrival (a Saturday) it was deserted and freezing cold, appreciate it's winter (8c) but it was colder inside than outside and unpleasant to hang about for any length of time. Staff were shut away in the office with the door closed and did their best to not make eye contact and completely ignored us while typing away on the computer. So on the basis customer service didn't seem to be the priority we left, shame as we were looking for 63m2 of flooring and wanted to support a local business but first impressions count.

FLOORCRAFT completed a flooring job for me at my home and I was extremely pleased with the results. They were efficient, thoughtful, tidy and also helped me to decide the best way to go about the project as a whole. Gavin (the owner) was excellent and all the team were punctual and considerate. Thank you guys for your help – Highly recommended.

Some beautiful and innovative flooring ideas on display.. all backed up by Gavin and the team's meticulous attention to detail. Well worth a visit!

This Showroom is the best ever. With so many products its unbelievable. The staff are very helpful and you can tell they know the ins and outs of all they supply.

Great Amtico Job very professionally carried out and completed, we love our new floor. The Organisation and communication was superb throughout and the installers were very polite and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Floorcraft to anyone. Thanks again!!
