Been a good customer of there’s for a while now and although massively overpriced it’s the only one local to us. But last night I ordered some food for delivery. Food didn’t arrive for an hour so I rang to chase it up and was told it has been delivered. I kept saying it hadn’t been delivered to me and they just kept saying it had. I carried on insisting them I was in no receipt of food and they continuously accused me of lying and denied me a refund and wouldn’t do me another order unless I paid again. Demanded I spoke to the manager and was told he’d ring in an hr. Started cooking a meal as we were due to go out and a knock at the door with the food ......... it had been delivered to the wrong address. Nice cold food for dinner it was! Rang the shop and there was no apology. Absolutely zero customer service!! Very stressful experience. They’ve lost several very good customers now.

Portion sizes are huge! It definitely was healthier, the meal was a bit dry, it needed more sauce. Would order again if I wanted to be healthy, I felt like I didn't have an actual takeaway.

NO questioning the quality of the food here, but its a tad too expensive, I would say 20% off what it should be.

Really disappointed. Having had our starter, started dishing out our main while my husband dived in the shower and noticed there were no chillis in our Garlic, chilli chicken and the chips were over done. Called and was told I had ordered just garlic chicken. I told the member of staff that was not the case. I was then told we could go and take our order back and swap it but was not offered a delivery of the correct order. Due to me being in my pjs and hubby in the shower I declined and was stuck with a very bland meal. I was also advised on how to order the meal I would like in future to which I replied that I've been ordering it for years and managed to get the correct order so far. Last few visits have been disappointing unfortunately and I think for the price of the meals a delivery charge is ridiculous. We'll be looking for a new Chinese. 😕

What can i say, i think some people just like to moan. We have honestly been going there for years and i got to say one of the favourites has got to be the O.K ribs (don't let the name put you off, they are more than o.k). They are not like those stupid little chopped up ribs you get at other chinese' either, they look like they have come off a prize winning ox. We have also recently just tried the hot box, we initially thought it might be overpriced but gave it a go, once we opened it we knew this wasn't the case and will defenitely order it again. "If carlsberg did chinese........" (hopefully not breaking any copyright laws here).
