The driver arrived 15 mins early.We showed at appointed time but he charged waiting-time fee before we got aboard.So disgusting.Seems this company live by fraud and tricks.(sbsjsqj)

Poor costumer service. The taxi drivers are friendly and nice, but one of the lady call recipient are very impatient and apperantly not concerned with pleasing the costumer.
