I lived in an Inchdairnie property from 2018-2021, and my experience was fantastic. The property was well maintained, safe, and properly secure. The estate agents were always kind, friendly, and prompt with responding to requests. Occasionally, an appliance would need replacing, and Inchdairnie were always accommodating and dealt with our needs quickly. I had peace of mind, knowing that the property was looked after and that my flatmate and I were likewise treated with respect and care. I highly recommend them for anyone needing to rent in St Andrews.

We rented with Inchdairnie for four years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Right from the start they were fantastic with helping us find a place and making the whole process easy. Since then they've been great; they're always quick to respond to questions and the few times there have been issues with the property they get it sorted right away. You get the sense that they really care about their tenants and their properties, ours was lovely. Can't recommend them highly enough!

The wonderful people at Inchdairnie Properties have helped us have a wonderful two years in their beautiful homes. They have been prompt to solve any issues we faced over the course of the tenancy, have been very communicative, and also provide some of the most honest and straightforward letting practices in town. They also manage some of the best student flats and homes in town and maintain them to a very high standard. You cannot go wrong letting from Inchdairnie and we will miss being in St Andrews and letting with them very much!

The people at Inchdairnie Properties were amazingly helpful and did their best to make the tenancy process as smooth as possible. They responded to emails within the day and if I every had an issue with the property - which I rarely did - it was always taken care of within 48hrs. They answer any and all questions and really aim to make your stay in their properties enjoyable. I am very happy to have spent 3 years with them!

I have used Inchdairnie Properties to let property to tenants for over 10 years. Over this extended period of time,I have built up a considerable amount of trust in Gillian Stephen and her staff. I have been most impressed by their professionalism and have grown to value the helpful and considerate nature of the staff. I have had reason to ask for help and advice on a number of occasions over the years and have always been given good common sense advice. I would highlight Inchdairnie's careful vetting of tenants as a key factor in their success. I am looking for good quality tenants who are regular payers and I am delighted to say that Inchdairnie have never let me down. I highly recommend this firm to both tenant and landlord alike as respective interests will be well looked after by a very capable staff.

The team at Inchdairnie Properties is spectacular! I have been fortunate to rent one of their beautiful student properties this year. The flat was very clean and modern, and the letting agency was a pleasure to work with. Inchdairnie was always prompt and helpful when addressing any of my concerns. I was a tenant with Inchdairnie Properties for about 2 years and they were fantastic from start to finish. The whole team are so friendly and willing to help with anything. We hardly had any issues but if we had a query or concern they were very quick to respond and come up with solutions efficiently and with real expertise. I would recommend them to any prospective tenants or landlords without a doubt. It's just a shame that I moved away from the area and couldn't continue as a tenant with them.

I have lived in St Andrews for four years and have lived in multiple flats throughout town. My experience with Inchdairnie Properties was by far the best. The team is professional, understanding, and very communicative which made our tenancy very pleasant. With housing prices in St. Andrews sky-rocketing, Inchairnie's properties are especially reasonably priced for how lovely and well taken care of they are.
