I have used their service on multiple occasions and have always been very satisfied. They have always been very prompt and professional.

The reason why I decided to post this review is my last trip that I had with them. We were half way through our way from St Andrews to the Edinburgh Airport when it was announced on the radio that there was an accident on our way which blocked the road in both directions. Our driver planned a diversion immediately. We ended up joining the main road again just behind the location of the accident where we could see police and ambulances. As we continued, we saw a massive queue of cars in the opposite lane which was at least 3 miles long. The diver had saves us what could have been an hour or more of waiting in the queue of cars in our direction!
