I was due to go to the airport at 10am on Friday when we had all the terrible snow. The driver phoned me at around 8am to warn me of the very bad road conditions and offered to collect me early to make sure I catch my plane.  The driver was a very careful driver and despite all the snow, I felt safe. The journey did take double the time so I am grateful that they warned me and I managed to get my flight.  I highly recommend this company and will use again.Service:&nbsp;Limousines

Easy to order a taxi online and quick response to confirm it had been booked. Driver rang to let me know he had arrived and was friendly and punctual. Great service.

Looking for transfer from South Queensferry port to St Andrews the old course and return to South Queensferry port. Communicated with regular email. Easy to find online. DO NOT rely on this company for anything. We were just left stranded without a taxi to our friend's wedding. We booked well in advance and I phoned the morning of the wedding to make sure we were definitely booked in. Told at 8am yes, everything is fine, we'll get you to the venue before 1pm... but no taxi showed up. Guy on the phone says "that's really bad he should have been there ages ago, I'll phone him." 10mins later I phoned back to see what was happening and all of a sudden we were told that we never had a booking with them and I was "breaking up" and they couldn't help us. Lied to and stranded while our friend was getting married. A stranger on the street overhead what happened and drove us to the wedding himself - out of three kindness of his heart. We were late and missed half the ceremony, but at least we were there. And it was a miracle we got a ride home with friends. This company is appalling and should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute jokers. Don't give them a penny.

Mr Ian Dunsire was absolutely amazing for me today. It’s a long story, but while on the way to Leuchars, he offered a very competitive rate to take me to the FedEx depot at the airport and return to St Andrews. Unfortunately, things did not go as planned, but Ian was extremely patient and kind and stayed with me until the issue with FedEx was resolved. We had a great time chatting all the way. I booked several taxis to and from EDI airport. They were always prompt and courteous. Driver even went the extra mile to help person in our party who was returning a rental car find affordable petrol station and then follow on to the airport. Great friendly drivers who are very helpful with loading/unloading heavy items. Never had a bad experience with them and would recommend to all.

Needed a taxi to the train station. Booked a cab online with St Andrews Taxis the night before. Recieved email confirmation of pick-up in the morning. 5 minutes past the pick-up time no show on the taxi. Called and was told they received the request, but did not have a cab available. Called GOLF CITY TAXIS and was picked up right away. Very frustrating experience.Service:&nbsp;Limousines
