I recently bought a house through William H Brown, Crystal Peaks and was pleased at how smoothly and quickly it all went through. I dealt with Maisie and Beth throughout the process and they were both really helpful and answered any questions I had. I chose to use their in house mortgage advisor and went with their recommended solicitors, and it took around 10 weeks from my offer being accepted to getting the keys - which in the current situation I was more than happy with!

The lettings team at WH Brown provided a professional service and knowledgeable advice, kept us up to date with the process, and were quick to respond to all correspondence.  From first visit by the WH Brown Lettings Manager, to tenant moving in took 1 month, which included viewing, vetting and obtaining necessary landlord certification.
