I found both Paul and Sam very professional to deal with and they kept me abreast of developments without having to chase for updates.  Their advice was good and accurate which I feel helped achieve the sale in a very reasonable timescale.  When we approached the exchange phase of the process and felt the Buyer's solicitor was taking a little longer than necessary, Fenton Board were proactive in the situation and saved what was projecting to be a further 2 to 3 weeks.  Based on my experience of Fenton Board I would have no hesitation recommending their services.

We received excellent service from Fenton Board, and can not thank Sam and Paul enough for the amazing service they provided. Would highly recommend them for every aspect of the perfect service they offer, they certainly go the extra mile!

Excellent service - a buyer was found quickly and the updates were regular and accurate - very impressed with the professional and dedicated service - Paul and Sam thoroughly pleasant to deal with too. Top Class !!
