I've been coming to this place for years, from the reception staff the nurses, doctors, I've never had bad experience The team are super fiendly explain and stuff in plain English. Never felt embarrassed or nervous 100% recommend, when I've had appointments always in out in 30 mins, There can be a wait for walk in service but that's understandable

I am very disappointed and disgusted with the services as I had an appointment booked for 2:30 and they called me early because apparently they was ahead but didn’t contact me to let me know that was going to attempt to call earlier and as I am at work and do not have access to my phone I missed the call and have to wait to book another appointment for the following day I very upset and disappointed with the way they have dealt with me today. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Such lovely and supportive staff. I had a very positive experience with my coil fitting. I felt really comfortable and reassured and the nurse even held my hand while it was being done. Thank you.

Had an implant stuck in my arm for over 6 years and today dr jewell and her assistant have managed to remove it today. I felt at ease the whole time and they were so kind and polite even nurse Joan was lovely . I can’t thank them enough and they reassured me through the whole process. Thankyou again!

I had an amazing experience when I went to get my coil removed. Staffs were lovely and very helpful and their service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and visit again

Had to book online at midnight to get an appointment. Booked for 1.50pm that day. Had a missed call at 11.40am, found out it was umbrella. Was told that the appointment time isn’t actually a specific time you can get a call anytime of day. If I booked an appointment by phone I would have been told that. Then I was told I would get another phone call before 6pm. The phone rang again about 3.30pm, it rang once then cut off. I phoned them back and they said I had missed both appointment times so I’d needed to book another appointment online, I couldn’t do it over the phone. Yet it was implied earlier that appointments could be made over the phone. Also, Maybe stating that the phone call could take place any time of day on the website or booking would be helpful so a call can be expected at any time

Had an appointment with them today, was in with the doctor at my appointment time, the doctor and nurse who saw me was so professional, a credit to the clinic definitely. Thank you for being kind and professional.

Went there for general testing. Called the day before to check for appointments and as none was available, they told me to walk-in. Very nice and polite calls. They suggested me to come earlier than the opening time so I came 35 mins before the opening time Wednesday is 9 am. At 9 a dozen people gathered in queue and they opened. I've beem directed to fill up forms via a touch screen. A very nice receptionist sent me then to the next waiting room. I seated for maximum 8 minutes and got called. In 20 mins did all the checks required. Everybody very professional and kind. Thank You!

Terrible service that claims to do walk ins but you have to come in at opening time to make an appointment. They clearly don’t know what a walk in means… The people on the phone are completely clueless and beyond useless. They messed up my results which took a month to get back and when I did get me results they were unreliable and poorly written. One texts said I was clear and then the next I’m not. The service genuinely needs shutting down because it creates false help for a very serious problem. Honestly deserves negative stars.

Dr Suzanne J and Nurse Joan D H were wonderful whilst treating me. I was treated with so much care, information and support. They both were very professional and are amazing with their patients. I was made to feel at ease and very comfortable. Extremely happy with the services I received at the clinic from all staff today. Thank you
