The stupdiest surgery I have ever seen. And the most rude receptionist. I am calling for two weeks. She asks to call at 8am but when I try to understand her I was in que from 8am and there was 30+ queing in that mean time. How can she every time refused to give an appointment. I am going to go an walking centre today if I find something wrong happened with my health I am gonna take legal action.
Absolutely disgusting you cannot get an appointment the lady on reception does not understand. And when you do get an appointment its a different doctor each time they dont even update your records avoid and use somewhere else i am if i had to give 0 starts i would
The receptionist is absolutely rude. Defo need to retrain her on customer service skills or get rid of her at reception. She was answering back and piping up on the phone whilst I am trying to have a normal conversation with her. Her attitude stinks. Belittling and mocking me with her answers and tone of voice
My clinically vulnerable mother was turned away from the Dr's surgery, she was literally 2minutes late and they cancelled the appointment, after i had contacted them that she was on her way. The receptionist Eman stated that Dr Akimyemi said that he would not see her. I informed them that they have a duty of care towards her, and they know! But they turned her away!!! This practice needs to be closed down. It is not fit for purpose. I will be passing the matter on to local MPs and government as this is disgusting. NO DUTY OF CARE WAS TAKEN WAS CARRIED OUT, AND THE NEWS AND MEDIA OUTLETS WILL BE MADE AWARE OF THIS!
I have been with this practice since 1997 and I have always received fantastic care no its not always easy getting appointment and can be a nightmare when trying to get though which drives you mad especially when you work however I would still praise the good work they all do my special thanks to paulette, Jane, Dr Khan and Dr Bailey. I have never had any problems with the reception. Staff but bare in mind some of the patients come into the practice when they don't get what they want in a specific time start getting abusive not acceptable this unfortunately can reflect how you treat people they are only human it is not nice being shouted at or abused. Anyway well done Enki I have had 2 urgent referred and I so thankful for my prompt referral and hospital appointments. Thank you Well let let review me my statement since May I have attempted my get an appointment and its a living hell even made an complaint no know cares my health is detriorating I have some serious concerns and its not taken on noard rang 14 times this morning since 07.59 then went in the queue I was number 31 then got cut off after 22 minutes its seems like its getting worse.
Been a patient with Enki Medical Centre for a few years. Based oon my own personal experience I've been very satisfied with their service I've received. Staff are friendly and helpful. I do know many patients have a negative view ood the centre. That could be for many reasons but this practice has so many patients on their books and to deal with so many patients with limited staff and resources can be challenging at times hence when mistakes are made. But line i said i have had a very satisfactory experience so far to date. God willing may that continue
Called this afternoon to obtain an NHS number for my son who is traveling with the school going on a trip. He is only 9 years old and so cannot call for himself. After being on hold for almost 30 minutes I was informed that due to data protection I cannot be given his NHS number and I need to go there physically with his ID before they can issue. I fully understand about data protection but there must be ways to make things less complicated and inconvenience. 1. Surely for children parents should be allowed to obtain information with relevant security questions 2. Not every child has a passport for ID and for me to call the center I have looked for his red book and birthday certificate and cannot locate it at present time 3. The school only needs this information for the trip incase of medical emergency. I can’t see them asking for any other reasons. 4.I am expected to leave work ,get my sons ID and go to his surgery before I can be issued with his NHS number 5. Finally I called a friend who works in NHS and was able to get the information. It only took a minute. It would have been nice to get this from my surgery but as it stand once again very disappointed with the service. The funny thing is I can call and have access to his medication or blood test results yet as his mother I cannot be given his NHS number
Not sure why the reviews are so low. People complaining about not getting an appointment you need to realise you need to ring at 8am. I have always received a callback when I've called at this time on the same day - yes you might have to wait for a while until someone answers but regardless they will answer ! Paullette has been my nurse for years - she is absolutely wonderful. Dr Khan is great too. Good receptionists. I have no qualms about this surgery.
I called first thing in the morning on the 19th April and requested for a callback from the doctor. I was told that I would receive a callback from the doctors at 3pm. I waited all day and I did not receive the callback and the surgery is now closed till tomorrow. I will now have to call first thing in the morning and request for another appointment. This is not even guaranteed I will get one as by the time i am taken off hold , there is no longer any appointments left. I am extremely annoyed with the service I received today. I understand there is a lot of pressure on all services at the moment and that is why I initially received treatment from my local pharmacy first but my symptoms has not improved. Enki as a service provider you need to aim to do better as it is not good enough at the moment. Getting an appointment is a battle!
Worst Doctor surgery Ever. Even more now Paulette has passed away. This surgery will leave you for dead keep Away from thrm
