Never had any problems in getting an appointment, and staff are nice and polite

Left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Tell you one thing do another to suit themselves. COMMUNICATION is a very good idea especially when dealing with several people about the same thing. Need to get your act together and keep a record of previous comments made. Totally DISORGANISED!!!!
