useless. careless. any time i have been, i have been disappointed. especially when they were meant to call me for an emergency telephone appointment and never did when i had a serious eye condition. the same condition that i had been for already, which the doctor said was allergies when i KNEW in myself it wasn’t allergies and tried to express this. they offer no follow up on your health, for example, i am long overdue an asthma check and diabetic review which should be regular for me. it takes FOREVER to get an appointment until it’s an emergency, and even then.
Had visited this GP, the appointment was for 15minutes, firstly the doctor frift should learn to welcome patients and there is only one issue to be addressed in one appointment which is stupidity, when you have finished with 1 issue in 5minutes when you still have 10mins left why is another issue not taken into consideration? its like you have a running and cough you need to book two appointments for both issue how dumb this can be? i had cough and i conveyed what's happening and soar throat and running nose and stuff, the great doctor advised me to take gaviscon which is for heartburn and acid reflux how dumb a doctor can suggest this when the issue is something different, i would strongly suggest frift to take up her medical classes again, another issue i had been to was for skin redness as i couldnt get an appointment i was trying to apply the cream what i already had and it was reduced a bit, and visited the same doctor where she told i cant see any visible symptoms and can only treat when the redness occurs more as its less now when i have told i have no medications left for now as those creams were bought from india. the doctor is not ready to listen and was rude and said cant treat now and need to book appointment when its severe. I wonder has the doctor lost her brains somewhere. I had the best doctors and healthcare back in India, here its just name sake and not sure for what joy when you dont use the service properly being a student we need to pay so much of money for IHS which doesnt make any sense. Paying IHS needs to an optional by the individual. This GP needs to be either closed or get the respective doctor to learn the medical aspects well again and treat the patients warmly. I would never recommend this GP to anyone and one of the pathetic and useless doctor i have come across.
I came in with a eye infection that was pretty bad as my eye was watering non stop and swollen it was clear to see I even brought my sister in to which the nurse literally turned to my sister and said this is makeup this is makeup she literally obliterated and deliberately lied because she didn't even give me a chance to remove my makeup to prove the issues. Yet anyone would be able to tell from a good few feet away. She was extremely rude AND stuck up while maintaining a really low level of professionalism the only repetitive answer I got was go to hospital if you think that's what it is. Anyway the day later it got so bad I done just that to be told it was very bad and I have very bad blurry vision I could barely see!! At the hospital they gave me three medications for over a month including antibiotics and steroids . Quite the opposite to the inhalation I got from her. She is vile.
Dr Ash Aggarwal apologies if this is spelt incorrectly was fantastic and really went all out to help. The best GP i've been seen by : lovely lovely man.
Really disappointed, last year the receptionist here was very patient and friendly, but this year the new receptionist and the person who answers phone calls is really rude and impatient, she doesn’t let me finish and just sounds like she is fed up of her job… I asked in advance to book appointment when I was in the GP right after an appointment as advices by the doctor, but the receptionist rejected to book an appointment for me and told me book after a few days, I called to book after a few days and she said there is no appointments available ?
I’ve been a few times as I registered here for university. Every time I’ve been its been very pleasant. Very professional and compassionate doctors and nurses that are a diverse team. The receptionists are also very friendly which is a plus. The surgery is always clean and bright. I felt the staff here took my health concerns seriously, so definitely recommended to anyone especially students. The only downside is that to book an appointment is a stressful process, if you’re not immediately added to the queue at 8:00 on the dot. But I feel this is a common problem with a lot of surgery’s.
Receptionist staff generally dismissive and behave like your inconveniencing them. Dr's themselves are polite and usually helpful, but sadly with how difficult it is to get to see one it rarely matters. I imagine the Wizard of Oz is easier to get an audience with. Booking an appointment is an absolute joke, if you haven't been one of a lucky couple of people that phoned up at 8am and by the grace of God actually got an appointment that day, you usually have to wait between between 1 and 3 weeks for one. Most recently when phoning on 25th of April I was advised the next available appointment was 23rd May! Disgraceful. In nearly 6 years in total of visiting this surgery there hasn't been a single appointment where the Dr's were less than 20 mins behind - to add insult to this, although it's never happened to me, I've observed patients be 5-10 mins late who were then refused to be seen. Disgraceful, given they are never on time themselves. Overall a poor experience and I only continue to return here as its the most convenient surgery with opening times outside of my working hours.
One of the most wonderful GP's to me. i would reaky like to mebtion dr andrwe prendergast he is one of the kind, may thanks to your help drAndrwe god bless you and the secrtary nashmen hussain so sweet and helpfull god bless you
Moved from hockley doctors which was the worst doctors I’ve ever been to and this is actually great. Appointments no problem and helped me out when I needed them.
The wrost clinic ever! No one cares about patients and their condition! If You were highly ill, you will probably die. No one at the reception take you serious and always ignore you. This is 4month that I'm dealing with simple ear infection and finally they have referred me to specialist but a wrong specialist!!!! When ever you call, they don't have time but if you call through 111 you will have appointment promptly! Because none of the receptionist is responsible there. Awful clinic
