I'm amazed by the level of care and service provided by this practice and the team within. When we first registered last year, I popped in with my baby to book at appointment and they had one in 10 minutes time, we waited and the Dr was running a bit late, however when she called us in, she'd taken the time to read through my baby's notes, which is the first time I've ever experienced this, and didn't have to recite all the medical issues my baby has had. Such a refreshing change!

I also visited for myself last week following surgery and the Dr came out to reception after calling me to open the doors, again as she had been reading my notes and knew I'd struggle.

Yes the receptionists are a bit fiesty first thing in the morning, but I'd be too if the phone was constantly ringing and they have to be the first filter to ensure the right people get seen. I've always found them to be sort reasonable when you explain the basics to them and have a bit of give and take.

One of the best services I have ever used. The doctors and support staff are brilliant. During busy days there will be waiting and it’s understandable. However most of the times it is quick and efficient service. Thank you Whitnash Medical Centre for all your hard work and support.

Expect to wait 50mins+ for a scheduled appointment, everytime!

One of the poor practices I have seen. Never seem to have appointments available. Doctors only come to this practice one day a week, funny enough they said my due date was coming on a wrong Monday as that was the only day Midwife comes to this medical centre and it was a bank holiday.
