Good surgery with doctors who'll listen to your symptoms and give their best recommendations and resolutions with the tools they have at their disposal. The only downside is the (occasional) difficulty in booking an appointment - even in advance - but this is rare and *completely* understandable.

Messed me about so much was told the board approved my application as a new patient. I booked an appointment and Dr. Wilkinson was more interested whether I was outside of the catchment area and told I couldn’t be seen because I was outside the catchment area! Didn’t care whether I was seriously ill! Useless doctors surgery avoid at all costs!

Well,it has taken all of my (almost) sixty five years to find and feel comfortable with a doctor's Surgery..and I have truly found it here with Waterside Medical Centre, in Court Street. We have recently moved here, about five months ago,and my husband and I both need to take quite a lot of medication and regular health checks...from day one of registering at the surgery,we have had over and above the care and attention from ALL staff (too many to mention by name) that we have needed....even health checks that I have never been so fortunate to receive before. Thank you SO very much for making me feel safe and cared for all of you xx

Turn up for appointments early and go in late, after having to phone a week in advance to get an appointment. When you finally get to see a dr they have no idea why you're there even though you have to give details to the receptionist, or get it completely wrong. Seem uncaring and disinterested in issues that take courage to speak to someone about. They all find it very easy to palm you off onto someone else. You have to run around to accommodate the drs but when you explain you work full time and ask for a later appointment they treat you with disrespect. Messed me around with my contraception. Thanks. And staff seem really rude, disrespectful and judgmental when you talk to them about personal issues. While I was a patient here I used Warwick hospitals out of hours service for most things instead. Buildings nice tho so one star counts for something.

Normal very happy but felt very rushed today by the nurse to be told normally a 10 min slot to be a 5 min slot wanted to ask her something but so shocked to be told this didn't ask feel 5 minutes too short.
