Practice manager is rude and very unprofessional! Blocked our van in the car park, we politely asked her to move her vehicle when we walked back into the practice and got nothing but abuse from her, although we offered her our car park space. She was shouting violently and I feel that her personal behaviour was reflected on her professionalism, and made her unable to keep calm handling the situation. She then refused to move her car and even locked the practice doors making out like we were the aggressors. Our voices were not raised once and we actually found her reactions and the way she dealt with the situation quite amusing. In result of this my partner lost out on money unable to drive to work and our time was wasted! If anyone else needs to complain for any reason I strongly recommend calling NHS England as they were amazing and are dealing with our complaint to satisfaction.

I'll rate 0 if there is the choice. This place is good at nothing but keeping people waiting!

This is the worse experience I have ever had, the staff from here are very rude and they do not care about their patients needs at all. Arriving at the right time for the appointment and then after 35 min of waiting being told that "yeah, it's gonna be a while", with no apologises or no reason at all. Time to find a new GP, and a new medical centre, I've been told before not to register here, but I thought I'll give them a chance as it's close to my house. Disgusting !!!

Having not used a Dr's for years, I went here with a few issues I wanted looked at (which I outlined at the start to make sure there was an appropriate amount of time for them). My Dr was rude, pedantic, rushed me, and made a decision before hearing all my symptoms or looking at me. I'm glad I'm no longer local and have changed Dr's
