This branch refused to refund an obviously faulty garment that was only purchased a month ago. It seems that they have a particularly draconian returns policy that is designed to benefit the company rather than the customer. Buyer beware!
Great shop on Monmouth high street with absolutely lovely staff. The shop is dog friendly and the staff are very welcoming so my dog actually enjoys going in more than I do. It’s a white stuff, so it’s a small selection of what’s online. The shop is always tidy and well presented. My only criticism is that the men’s section is tiny. I end up ordering online to be delivered in store, which is a shame as it would be nice to be able to browse in person a bit more.
